7th Level Breathing is the most important course we run as we head into 2012 and beyond. This is an exciting and interesting workshop that has been channelled by Linda Graham to help you manage the stress, anxiety in your life and the changing earthly vibrations.
We all experience stressful moments in our lives and some manage this better than others. During this workshop you will have an understanding of your own breath patterns and how your thoughts have a direct link with your breathing.
This is an organic workshop. Sharing your experiences so far with 7th level breathing, reviewing techniques, awareness, taking it to the next level, clearing old patterns, 7th level breathing meditation, action and breathing, reminders, dealing with other people’s vibrations, pain & fear, stability and equilibrium.
